Shipping and Returns Information
All orders with a value greater than £50 will be shipped for free in the UK, providing a minimum of 5 items (even the same type of items, or a variety of different items) are ordered. If the order is less then £50, or if the order quantity is less than 5 items, there will be a shipping charge of £8, which is subject to VAT. Orders outside the UK will be charged shipping appropriately, dependant upon location.
Products are normally shipped within 28 days, but this is always dependant upon stock, and printing requirements, occasionally we may need to back order goods. We will endevour to keep you updated with your shipping schedule.
If you have any cause for complaint, in the first instance please e-mail us via the 'Contact Us' section, providing us with your e-mail address, your order number, and a message detailing the problem you have with your goods. You are responsible for shipping the goods to us, our address is listed on the 'Contact Us' page. We will pay to return exchange goods to you (dependant upon availability), or provide you with a refund if the goods are found to have a manufacturing defect, and we are unable to provide you with a replacement, at our discretion. In the event the goods are found to be supplied correctly, and not have a manufacturing defect, you will also be respnsible to pay for the shipment costs to have the goods returned to you.
We regret that goods that have been supplied correctly, that have been customised by printing, or have been used, and are not in a saleable condition, cannot be returned or refunded. This also applies if a member of your team has left, or his position (number) changed. Flame Sports decision on these matters is Final, and this is also detailed in our Conditions of Use section.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
